Hours for our Chicago store are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Cancellations
Failure to give 24-hour notification will result in one full rental day billed.
Damage & Loss Responsibility
Renters accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to rental equipment. Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the renter. Proof of adequate coverage for the full-replacement value of the equipment may be required prior to rental. Any damages to or loss of merchandise covered by this contract will be paid for by the renter. Such repairs or charges to be based on current list price.
Spare Lamp and Flash Tube Policy
Spare lamps or flash tubes are provided where needed. There will be a charge for missing or broken lamps or when lamps burn out excessively. We are constantly updating our inventory. If you dont see what you are looking for in Zilok store, please ask!
