(English below) Das CargoBike war wie neu und perfekt für das Sightseeing mit meinen beiden Kindern (7/10). Alles ist in hervorragendem Zustand und wir hatten wirklich große Freude mit dem Rad. Dank des kräftigen Akkus haben wir alle Strecken mühelos auch mit voller elektrischer Unterstützung fahren können. Wir sind sogar ganz hoch bis Sacré-Cœur de Montmartr gefahren und der Akku hatte am Ende des Tages immer noch 80% Kapazität. Man kommt mit dem Rad sehr gut im Stadtverkehr vorwärts, da man u.a. auch die Busspuren nutzen darf. The CargoBike was like new and perfect for sightseeing with my two kids (7/10). Everything is in great shape and we really enjoyed cycling. Thanks to the powerful battery, we were able to drive all the routes effortlessly with full electrical support. We even drove very high to Sacré-Cœur de Montmartr and the battery still had 80% capacity at the end of the day. You can get on the bike very well in city traffic, as you i.e. may also use the bus lanes.

(English below) Der Kontakt zu Richard war großartig! Die Kommunikation auf englisch war vollkommen unkompliziert und vorbildlich. Im Vorfeld der Anmietung haben wir bereits alle Details abgestimmt und die Übergabe verlief pünktlich wie vereinbart bei uns am Hotel. Auch nach während der Anmietung hat Richard uns mit nützlichen Hinweisen zu Nutzung des CargoBikes per Mail versorgt. The contact with Richard was great! The communication in English was completely uncomplicated and exemplary. In advance of the rental, we have already agreed all the details and the delivery was on time as agreed with us at the hotel. Even during the rental Richard provided us with useful information about using the CargoBike via e-mail.

Velo en très bon etat, Richard a été très arrangeant sur les horaires et lieux de livraison. Communication facile, super!

Je laisse un commentaire en Néerlandais, comme Paris en Bakfiets leur conviendra énormément…. sans aucune doute. Richard en zijn vrouw zijn zeer service gericht. Het reserveren ging heel soepel. Zij vragen om een cheque achter te laten. Dat hebben wij Hollanders niet. Dus een paspoort kon ook. En Richard brengt en haalt de bakfiets, tegen een klein bedragje. Zeker doen, want zijn huis is nogal ver weg van de wijk waar je waarschijnlijk logeert.
